1. Overview

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Damaged in Transit: If your shipment arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged package and product within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Due to the nature of our products (herbal teas, salves, and personal care goods), we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for health and hygiene reasons.

• Perishable Goods: Loose-leaf teas and other ingestible herbs cannot be returned once delivered due to safety standards.

• Personal Care Goods: Salves, hair care products, and body butters cannot be returned if the safety seal has been broken or if the product has been used.

• Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
