1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Small Batch Note: Because our herbal products, salves, and hair care items are often handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, processing times may occasionally vary during high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Options for Standard (First Class) and Priority shipping are available at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75
3. Warm Weather & Melting Disclaimer
Please read carefully regarding Salves, Body Butters, and Hair Balms.
Our products are made with natural ingredients and do not contain synthetic stabilizers or hardeners. During warmer months (or if you live in a warm climate), products may soften or melt during transit.

Melting is Natural: If your salve or butter arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to resolidify. This does not affect the beneficial properties of the herbs or oils, though the texture may change slightly (e.g., whipped butters may lose volume).

Shipping Tips: We recommend selecting Priority Mail during summer months to minimize time in transit. Please ensure you are available to retrieve your package immediately upon delivery so it does not sit in a hot mailbox.

4. International Shipping
We currently do not]ship outside of the United States. 5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Honeyhive Botanicals and Beyond is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We are unable to replace lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
